2018 TASH Conference has ended
Each year, the TASH Conference brings together a diverse community of stakeholders who gain information, learn about resources, and connect with others across the country to strengthen the disability field. This year’s conference theme, “Be Creative - Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Life,” reminds us to think outside the box during times of uncertainty. Creativity, innovation, and determination can pave the way for meaningful and inclusive lives for people with disabilities.

Reach Every Voice

Lisa has taught in Maryland public schools for the past 12 years in a variety of settings, primarily focused on supporting AAC users accessing the general education curriculum. After managing a pilot program for students who type to communicate for two years, she created Reach Every Voice, a growing practice creating engaging learning and social environments for students who spell, point, or type to communicate. Lisa works 1:1 educating students while building communication skills. She also consults with families and schools to help incorporate best practices to support all types of communication in natural environments.
