She has long pioneered person-driven communication tools and services for people who are nonlinguistic. She specializes in successful business minded tools, innovative high tech accommodations (see the Work Autonomy App), and collaborative design resulting in structures that sustain successful employment outcomes. She is a corporate consultant supporting affirmative action hiring initiatives of people with the most significant disabilities, starting with the WIN Program at Harrison Medical Center in 2006 to present work with international fortune 500 corporations.
