2018 TASH Conference has ended
Each year, the TASH Conference brings together a diverse community of stakeholders who gain information, learn about resources, and connect with others across the country to strengthen the disability field. This year’s conference theme, “Be Creative - Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Life,” reminds us to think outside the box during times of uncertainty. Creativity, innovation, and determination can pave the way for meaningful and inclusive lives for people with disabilities.

Amy Hanreddy is an associate professor in the Department of Special Education at California State University, Northridge. She teaches about inclusive and collaborative practices, with an emphasis on strategies that provide students with disabilities access to meaningful instruction in the context of general education settings. Dr. Hanreddy has published scholarly and applied works related to inclusive education, communication supports for students with extensive support needs, and school-university collaboration. In addition to previous work as a teacher and administrator, Dr. Hanreddy has provided professional development to teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, and parents on topics related to inclusive practices across the US as well as internationally.
