2018 TASH Conference has ended
Each year, the TASH Conference brings together a diverse community of stakeholders who gain information, learn about resources, and connect with others across the country to strengthen the disability field. This year’s conference theme, “Be Creative - Innovative Solutions for an Inclusive Life,” reminds us to think outside the box during times of uncertainty. Creativity, innovation, and determination can pave the way for meaningful and inclusive lives for people with disabilities.

Kate Cavanaugh is the Principal at Cherokee Elementary School in Lake Forest, IL. Prior to this she was the Executive Director of Student Services in her district, and she has a background as a school psychologist. Kate is passionate about her work with inclusive practices in her district and now as a principal. Her partnership with MCIE has been so valuable to continue to push her thinking and expand the practices in her district to support all learners.
